I have gotten 4 power throw out of nowhere somehow?

Ingame C option shows i have 4 power throw, c-rpg.net shows i have 0.

Whats going on?

I also had an extra attribute points even though I didn't level up yet, I put it in-game , added finally my PT 8 and when I checked on the website , I didn't get that attribute points but I had the power throw 8 (without having the required Strength, which was that extra random Attribute Point that I had). Then when I leveled up , my attribute Strength was back down to 23 and my Power Throw stayed at 8 ... kinda weird
