True.  Seeing as you guys refused to pay stamp tax etc back in the 1770s, we figured we'll pretend to let you have independence so you'd make your own army (the war of 1812 was just to train you), then make the rest of the world hate you so if NA was attacked, you'd take the brunt and everyone would forget about ol' little friendly Canada.  We're proud to say it worked.

That is as true as the fact that we all say 'aboot'.  So, if you're looking for Canadian spies, just look for disconnected heads and people who say 'aboot'.  Everyone else can be trusted.
