When Zagibu made the proposal he said he'd attempt to fix any issues and if he couldn't, he wouldn't implement them. We passed them, he didn't implement them. Clearly I think that means he found issues that he couldn't fix. If you look at the back of those armors, there are texture blending issues, particularly with the mail. One of the armors of this set that got added, also has a texture issue on the back, and it's a pretty bad eyesore. If these others are worse, which it looks like they are, they shouldn't be added.
