[Ban request] Danior_the_grey, Poll abuse

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.: So, I was playing a strat battle after a long time. The clan I fought for was defending a very bugged castle against DRZ, where we were spawning in a wall they could not enter, which made them angry probably. So the enemy team accused us of abusing, which was probably also more or less right, but it's the fault of the bugged map, we weren't intentionally abusing. Anyway it had nothing to do with me especially but then, a guy called Danior_the_grey decided to make a ban poll against me... even though I have no relation to the defending clan at all and I wasn't fighting alone, he can't just ban poll me if our whole team is diong something wrong. Since they were more the poll got through.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*: He was mad because I destroyed a weapon rack or else I couldn't imagine why he choose me as representative for our team to get banned. It's clearly poll abuse, since I just played and didn't do anything wrong, other that the team did something wrong...
6. Multiple Screenshots: I hoped to ss the logs after joining another server but they weren't there... so I hope Danior will stand up and admit it, also the whole server saw it.

you were glitching and thats it. we had a reason to ban-poll you and thats what we actually did. in such case you had to leave the server. anyway you knew - this fight you cant win so why the hell did you keep spawning and using this glitch?

So why did you pick me in first place? If a team is doing something wrong, you can't just randomly ban poll someone? I wasn't even the leader of the team or had any relation with the defending clan.

I guess you didn't ban poll any other guy after it?

You had 3-4 flags inside that wall, with no way to reach it, we even had broken this inner wall with catapult, but one flag was inside another unbreakable wall!
You kept spawning from glitched wall, sometimes u was just standing inside wall without us being able to hill u in any way. U could have stayed there until the end of timer and win battle because of this glitched wall.

oh, go kill yourself, liar. we said to you - leave the server, stop spawning, but you continued spawn and abuse wall. That's why we started ban polls. It's not poll abuse, we said reason, we warned your team.

well you all was using the same glitch so it wasnt matter for us who we will pick first. just bad luck imo(well yeah in your case i think it wasnt just a bad luck, but it doesnt matter). there was not a single member of that faction as i remember xD so the question is why did you have such motivation to fight for the faction that betrayed their mercenaries?

It's not a matter that we used the glitch but why I was picked as the one to be banned. I would be interested if you started other ban polls, otherwise it was something personal and I would see that as offense. Imagine your team is using all together a glitch and someone is randomly picking one guy who appears to be you and starts a ban poll, that's a pretty dicklike solution.

we just banned like half of the team. then we destroyed the wall and there was 3 flags inside. i am not sure did we take them down(cuz at least one of them was pretty far from a breach) but somehow we did win it.

Well if you banned half of the team and not just me, I don't care about the topic anymore and it can be closed. Not because I'm an antisocial ass, but because I thought it was something personal from Danior, because he was mad that I was destroying 3 weapon racks and maybe leading the score list...

we just picked names, it was hard to see who is on our team and on urs, because we have mercs without tags too.
HRE was for sure on enemy team on that list to choose
then we tried to look names of players through TAB to work out who is still on enemy team

we didn't discuss this in chat

PS: and it was bans only so that u couldn't come back to the server
