running or walking animation issue

Hi I recently went to dueling server or rageball sever in NA and found out that my character has animation problem with running for the entire day.

My character does not show running (moving) animation.  My guy is like skating.  The legs just don't move at all.  The body is standing still too, but the character just standing still move ahead.

I can see other players animation has no problem.  My swing and blocking animation is normal too.  It happened before, but it didn't last long (hours).  I thought it was the lag.  The siege and battle has no problem at all for this weird issue. 

Only happen with wse2, so I guess it is appropriate to posting here.

I would like to see if there any solution for this.  Thank you for your help.
