I am the clanleader of Order of Saint John. This is a very important problem!
We have a big problem in our clan: Yesterday I said to one of my clanmembers that he had to do something for me. He should bid for a banner. He has rank 10 and he bidded for a banner and lost the auction. Now no money came back. Thats not normal. We lost everything in our bank (~130'000 Gold).
My clanmember received this message:

That is ok, but:
NO GOLD RETURNED!
For a little clan it is a tragedy
