The only way to get up there on that map is with a horse or something? Just making sure.

I'm pretty sure not 100%, you can get up there without a horse.

The teammate seemed to reach his location eventually. Since Por_Que has a clean ban record and the time difference was only around 20-30 seconds since the flag broke, I'll leave this as a warning. If the flags happen to break, you are obligated to head towards the flag unless currently attacked by the enemy.
