The second screenshot just shows one fatal team-hit in the log, and pictures of the log aren't as helpful as a screenshot of the act, so I could interpret that second team-kill as an accident. So, please, try to take screenshots outside of the log as well (as you are being team-killed). Anyway, the first screenshot shows many team-hits and he confirmed he killed you on purpose.
Stromgarde_DavyJones banned for 12 hours. DavyJones, I already warned you about hitting the viscount, so I think that it's logical that the same applies to teammates. If you get upset with someone, you can always mute him via the game menu, or just plainly ignore him, or take a break to relax, but do not hit teammates on purpose.
