Alright.

The reason i said (NA ONLY) was because i didn't think any EU would be interested...

I didn't really think people in EU did lifting or anything like that...

But since there seems to be some interest i will change the topic.

Also...

You can do sets while playing c-rpg but they are sporadic... and to do it with effort can actually take a lot of energy. C-rpg does sap your energy... and jumping up right after you die to do a set can make you seem OCD or  kinda manic... But don't worry bro, it's just how it's done.

It's more productive than alt+tabbing to another game. 

Easy enough to do some exercises like push ups or situps/crunches/leg lifts (don't raise em up high, keep em low) next to your computer, don't even need weights.

I lift my starbucks Venti, sugar-free, non-fat, vanilla soy, double shot, decaf, no foam, extra hot, Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha with light whip and extra syrup to take a sip while playing.

I play cav so if I'm playing suicidally its easy for me to die in the 1st minute of a round. While waiting for next round to start I'll do some dumbell exercises or an ab circuit. I also sometimes sit on a balance ball and will balance on my knees and other exercises with it.

Well in my case, im a guitarist, i play stuff like Megadeth, Metallica, and etc, everytime i die, i pick my electric guitar do some exercise until the round start again. And you know why, it really works good.
