Banner over the head of friendly player invisible

I have no idea if this is a bug, or just a consequence of messing around with banner packs, but yesterday a guy passed by me in combat with no banner over hos head. I slashed him three times before one of my teammates stopped me over ts. I had to apologize, and luckily the guy was cool about it. The funny thing is - everyone else in my team had banner overhead, only his was invisible.
Bug or something else???

happens quite often. You can make it visible again by hitting alt+enter twice. But perhaps there is a real solution...

Thanks! However, if I one hit a friendly, it will be too late then, wouldn't it?

Probably. But perhaps he wasnt the only one without banner

Alt tabbing in and out fixes it too.
I remember teamkilling a guy or two this way
