Free to play MMORPG based on classical fallouts.
http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/Game is focused on player factions fighting for control cities. But you can play solo or npc faction (npc atm are not good implemented, quests are not finished)
You can craft everything starting from primitive tool ending on a car (and tak after upcoming update). Basically everyone is a crafter in this world. You can sell your stuff in shops (not every shop buys everything) for caps.
No maximum level, When you die you loose everything not hide in safe house/ tent and respawn in restore facilities after minute.
Combat system:
PvE can be turn based or real time.
PvP is pretty intensive with real time similar to Fallout Tactics.
Beginnig and generaly the game is pretty hard. At the beginning you can shit shovel or gather some stuff, sell it and buy first crafting profession (per ex. gunsmith 1) for 1500 caps in cities and start real mining/ item production. You can create a tent and hide things there. If you want to chat with a friend give him a radio and pick a channel.
