4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after: He said he is going to kill 10 people this round and died without a kill. I t-bagged him together with Nord_Jerv. He revived himself but still failed to get 10 kills in that round.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: Died too early.

Well I roleplayed gay for long time to get Asca attention as harmless one but it didnt help. I only attracted Tueten, Cicero and Grey Order...

Pretty obvious Phase spawned twice in one round.
You are probably one of the most experienced guys in this game, and you know this is against the rules.
