4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. -Aaron horse bumped me at spawn, m'd it because I'm a low level peasant and it actually hurt, and people shouldn't bump at spawn. He turned around and shot me in retaliation, bitching at me for m'ing him, and threatening to just one-shot me next time. A couple rounds later of the same map, he shoots me in the back just out of spawn and tells me to suck it.  Normally I'd stay far away from a ban thread since TW's do happen on accident, but this is pretty blatantly intentional.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. - He was butthurt over being m'd for his bad driving.

Checked his ban history and he has no prior bans on record. So I will deal out a warning to Aaron and anymore of this behavior will net him some time off the game. Try to be considerate of team mates instead of just flaming them about getting reported.

Ah, thanks for the response. A warning is plenty, I was a bit hasty in making a ban request. Looking back I was tired and instead of just ignoring it and letting it go like I usually would, I got upset enough myself to post it here.
