When you are seeing artifacts like that on your screen, this might mean that it is time you finally replaced that gpu. Also as mentioned above, make sure it is not overheating that screws you over.

Get speedfan here and check for yourself.

Artifacts caused by faulty drivers or overheating.

Do what Smoothrich said.
And now he can't play because of "common sense" and he doesn't understand how this common sense works

ok I tried it now
after the restart it worked but not long and still with small signs of a broken graphic card
then I had a look into the pc
everything was clean and normal no cables around

then I started the pc again and it was like before
artifacts while booting causing a bluescreen..
I guess my graphic card is really broken?

Just install speedfan. I linked it in my previous post. It is a very small application that reads your hardware temperatures. For an older-gen card like yours, going above 70 degrees is problematic enough. See if that is the case.

Sounds like the vram died, it's old enough.

Temp wise, I generally use CPUID, GPU-Z or MSI afterburner, all very good.
Under 90C is ok, under 80C is good and under 70C is ideal.

And around 30°? :P
The broken graphic card I had that had shown artifacts did never show more than 35°, usually even below 30°. Fans were running properly, not too fast and even when in game temp never really went up.
Card was clearly broken though, but I still found that really weird.

30-35° under load = broken sensor
