check if your ping is higher in other games as well (or just ping known ip addresses)
try calling your internet service provider if your overall connection seems to be slower than usual and if this persists
2-3 days i guess is the max amount of days it should stay, if this doesnt get better call them and explain the problem and see if they have an answer
if its only crpg then your router might block the connection or something? not very competent when it comes to that im afraid
