That is true but Horn has better accuary and with high PD it comes with less wpf penalty from bows but personally I do think that much PD for horn is waste.

How come it can be a waste??? PD req + 4 = max PD u can have for the bow. So 5+4=9. 9pd is the max for horn (10 for yumi/rus/long).
