Transfer drop down menu

I can't find the transfer drop down menu now ( i.e to transfer troops, gold etc ), it's gone for me and someone else in TS yesterday also said they can't see it anymore either. Has something changed or is it bugged? it's just completely vanished for me lol.

It only shows up if you are within transfer distance of a player or fief (200 meters).  If not then it disappears.

I was in a village first time with others there and it still didnt appear. Maybe its on my end, will check when I stop moving again
