2. Name of offending character(s) Yorwan
3. Time and server, as accurately as possible on screenshot MSK
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Yorwan always says bad words about druzhina and while playing on dtv he shot me from arbalest when no enemy was near, I reported him then he rage polled me. Please ban him for a while so he could cool down
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.* He dont like all russians, dont know why

That screenshot doesn't really prove that the teamhit was intentional, and you really want him banned for that? This usually happens with new players, the guy has no ban record, so I assume he is new, and I bet the poll failed anyway, so why bother taking revenge?

If I see him teamhit on purpose I will talk to him, but I don't think this is worthy of a ban request.
