HA lvl 34, what to invest in?

I can say PS is great as a HA, although I had 5 PS and 100 1h WP, so it's a bit different than what you're gonna have. 
It is just so much useful to onehit kill an unaware archer from behind instead of shooting 5 arrows at him.
End even on city maps you could just put your bow and arrows away and bumpslash shit, I lol'ed when I ended up with "k/d"s like 9/2 on such maps. Still, I rage respecced soon, so I'm not sure I can advice to use such build.

With your build though, if you intend to have Yumi + 3 stacks of arrows all the time (so, no weapon at spawn), go with IF.

if you absolutely dont want if,  go with ps.  3ps,  a good sword,  and speed bonus of your horse can give you a good hit.

the 3 athl is noticeable,  but wont give you an edge over the standard inf with twice and more.

IF if you're still going to use 3 stacks of arrows. PS if you want to take a cavalry sword instead of one of the stacks.
