The penalty is applied as a percentage, correct?
So if you had (4*hand weight, 2*Helm weight, 1 *body, 1* leg
=11)-10 = 1, that is a 1% penalty?
Similarly (4*hand weight, 2*Helm weight, 1 *body, 1* leg
=25)-10 = 15, 15% penalty?
And (4*hand weight, 2*Helm weight, 1 *body, 1* leg
=40)-10 = 30, 30% penalty?
And your WPF would look like (assuming 100 WPF)
