I need your help, because I encountered a new problem.

As always, when I clean up the computer once a month, my brother had been a retard again and I found more than 20 adware plug-ins that I uninstalled.

Their still were unwanted searchbars and other stupid shit so I checked the extensions. I found that the problem was indeed to be found here, but for some reason I can't remove them because there is some kind of 'supervision mode' on.
Same when I tried to install adblock, I couldn't.

I have no idea how to remove it, it's kinda new and my google search is fucked up with all the plug-ins.

best bet is adwcleaner and a full scan with malwarebytes after that.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

then go in safe mode and see what you can do :)

maybe this could help

Open the window you want to delete the user.

Check the icon in the top to make sure it is the correct user.
Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu in the toolbar of the browser.
     Select Settings.
In the "Users" section, select the user you want to delete.
Click Delete. Alternatively, you can click the X icon to the right of the user. Note: If there is only one user, you will see the Delete button this person.
In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Delete.

Managed to manually delete the files, but it's still there. Let's hope it won't do any harm anymore.

The only way to truly clean up an infected machine is format and reinstall. A lot of those items have more than one file. If one notices the other isn't there, it reinstalls it.

Now if you are brave and are willing to risk hosing the machine so that you have to format and reinstall, you can always back up the registry and start ripping out those nasty critters at the heart. Just backup your registry first along with your bookmarks. You might get lucky.

You probably don't want anyone to tell you to change browser but that is what I would exactly recommend. Get Firefox or something else that you feel comfortable with.

I had my brief experience with Chrome and even the stupid addon and plugin system is a huge turnoff to begin with. Many addons require you to sign in to them with separate accounts or through your Google account. Why the hell is that so necessary? There is also not enough diversity of addons. Not to mention that Chrome also somehow gave me this hideous and nasty adware called Better Surf (which is taken care of now) despite the fact that I do take good care of my PC.

I still have Chrome but I will only use it the way I ever use Internet Explorer, i.e. in case I stumble upon one of those rare page-browser incompatibility issues.

Run the trial from: https://www.malwarebytes.org/ - Full scan.

Then install: http://www.wisecleaner.com/wisecare365.html - decent cleaner/more for PC nabs.

Or you could install an operating system that doesn't let random software fuck around on itself.

Format, Reinstall.

That's the most effective solution
