Kim Jong-Un has been photographed visiting an orphanage in Pyongyang.

The North Korean leader smiled as some of the children greeted him with hugs.

One orphanage worker held her hand over her mouth in awe as he entered the room she was in.

At one point, he sat down to look at a row of five babies who were lying on the floor together.

He is even teaching the young and poor how to larp and play crpg
