If i enable vsync, have i a drop of fps or better performance? Because when i play dtv or siege and i have some corpes in the floor my fps if i have 120 go to 90/100. With vsync, fps are stable (60 default)

Vsync lowers ur fps to ur desktop Hz , so its 60 FPS , its better to turn it OFF if you want a better performanse , try disabling cropses and ragdolls , it will increase ur performance a lot,

Turn it off and if you get less than 60fps (with a 60 refresh rate) leave it off.
If you get more than 60fps you can turn it on and sync your video card and screen together.
You should then have a consistant 60fps. turn on triple buffering if vsync is on.
No harm leaving it off if your fps is higher than refresh but you can get "tearing" as bid card and screen are not in sync.

They already explained it to you....

With vsync on your fps drops to your monitors refresh rate. So if it's a 60hz monitor you'll get 60 fps maximum.

Useful only if you have artifacts in game.

I've always played with 120 relatively constant fps, then decided to try 58 fps (advised if you use VSync to avoid input lag), and, even though at first I noticed a little difference, especially in animations, now I don't see a difference, and my GPU and CPU thank me for it. This is with WSE2; 58 max fps and NO Vsync (dunno without WSE2).
