1H Sword - Wakizashi

I'm just wondering if Wakizashi is too pricey for it's worth in comparison to many other one handed swords.

Is that 1 (or 2) such extra speed rating (and losing some damage and length) really worth all those thousands of gold?

I've used all of them and I find Yanmaodao the most satisfactory. But having RP element in my character, I just feel Wakizashi is a must for collections and whatever reasons.

I just hope wakizashis can be much speedier or less costly.

The price comes from a few things.  Most importantly: the Wakazashi can stab, while the Yanmaodao cannot, and it is the fastest weapon in the game which can also block.  IMO the Nordic short sword should be more expensive but it's pretty fine as is.
