At start of round he proceeded to shoot me with his bow twice, nearly killing me.  He later goes on to write "nothing personal, someone hired me to do it."  I didn't grab a screenshot of him saying that, but if you search the logs you'll find it.

He claims someone hired him to teamkill me.

Intentional teamkilling is against the rules, even if it's a friend and you're just bro'ing around.
Accepting a teamkill bounty is purely idiotic as we have the logs for it.
