Unplayable Ping Spikes

My ping keeps bouncing around like a pinball machine, and I know for a fact it's not my connection...

What can I do to fix this? I've heard others experienced something similar before?

This is a regular match for me, notice what happens to ping as timer decreases.

How "good/stable" is your internetconncetion?
I mean i have 35/4 Mbit and had never a problem ( with the ping )! I just read the other thread with the high ms for the server, maybe the problem is at the server...

How do you know for a fact that it isn't your connection?

That is quite a ping jump though in a minute and a half. Even less than a minute..

I actually disconnected and re-connected my connection and had mild success, but who knows.
The worst part is that I can actually feel that heavy fluctuation in ping as I advance in game,

speedtest gives me this,

but also inconsistent results, ranging from 15-27mbs
is this normal?

You might check for malicious files/software/etc.. eating your speed.
This might help http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/248626-45-simple-free-guide-removing-malware

I recommend to start with a malware scan. http://www.malwarebytes.org/
And a virus scan. http://www.eset.com/

Check your running processes by pressing alt + ctrl + del.
Heavy use of your network (by others, etc) can also cause your ping spikes.

I assume you have enough RAM, but if not this can cause the problem too :P (weird i know)
Check your router settings. Disable any filtering or things like that.
Using proxy?
Clear cookies.
Clear dns cache (cmd ipconfig /flushdns)
Final thing, it could also be your IPS

You might want to try ping test to see if you have packet losses. Your connection graph over time seems to be instable. There might be some jittering.
