I can bear witness to his leeching. He was doing this on DTV a week or two ago too. Hiding in corner of map every time a round started and doing nothing for all 3 waves... He did this over 5 times in a row that I saw, he was doing it before I joined and through the entire time I played DTV... When I threatened him with a ban thread as he was running to a corner to hide at round start, he said something like "no please" and instead decided to start running into the enemy at every round start, basically killing himself so he could leech for the remaining waves of each round.
Blatant leeching.Also a side note, a week ago when he was doing this votekick polls were also turned off and there were no admins on DTV, which was pretty disappointing... please keep the kick polls turned on, I know a lot of people abuse them but some of us actually use them legitimately to deal with leechers or other rule breakers on dtv.
Or just make QML (report leeching) command actually work on DTV. That would be cool too.
I suggest a global ban rather than an NA ban. He's obviously a EU player which just comes on DTV to leech once in a while. I doubt he would really care much about a short temporary ban to NA servers...
