My ping WONT STOP SPIKING WHAT THE F***

Okay so recently my ping has been spiking to HELL. Like at random times it will spike from 30 to around 600 for like 15 minutes. Idk if its my router orrrr if its my interwebs orrrr crpg. it only seems to happen on Crpg though. Someone mind helping?
