This has happened continuously for a week now, i get a lag spike delay and disconnect from the server at least 1 time per map sometimes every round... It is making the game so frustrating. Please help me :( .

I'm no expert, but it could be your ISP's traffic shaping, or something about the specific modem they provided- if they require you to use their modem. My ISP does this, and I had a problem similar to what you described. Only thing that solved it was transparent bridging through a router.

I've had a similar problem for a while too. It comes and goes with no reason as to why. Haven't figured it out yet either
