[UNBAN] DRZ_Ubogiy

Sorry I have to write for DRZ_Ubogiy, because his english not very good.

I was told that he was supose to be unbanned on 7 of jan, but it didn't happen.
He participated in siege on neutral castle side. Thats partly my mistake, because we said everyone who will not have space to sign up for our side to sign up for neutral castle. He didn't have worst score (only about 1/2) but still we understand why it happened and from now on none of DRZ players will join neutral fiefs if we attack them. Even for exp. I've given them some hard time on TS not to ever do that sort of crap again. Its really isn't fair.
Please unban DRZ_Ubogiy, i will make sure personnaly that he doesn't sign up for another team.

PS: The ban list says he was banned for team-killing and wasting equipment. There is nothing wrong if a DRZ guy joins the neutral side, as long as he doesn't grief (having a bad score alone is not griefing, by the way).
