Ok so here is the story(it's balista shooter btw) At the beginning of the round i was on the balista first and pulled the crank loaded it and got on it then some how i lost control of the balista and I figured out the Druzina guy was glitching it and taking it away from me by holding F on the Use balista part. I told him to stop, but again he does it. Then since there is no kick poll anymore for some reason, i told him i would kill him for it. I know TK'ing is bad but it is justified by him being an ass and kept on taking it away . I was gonna let him use it, but he never asked and was just taking it away. The skot guy, I belive shot him cause he saw me geting glitched by the Druzina guy. The skot guy knew what was going on and could back me up. I told this druzina guy many times to stop and I would kill him. I was a Almost full agi build cause I just wanted to shot the balista lol.
I have never been banned before and i also fully understand the rules. I had waited him to stop for quite a while so so had many others on the server. At the time were the screenshots were taken i had assumed that no admins were going to get on any time soon and i assumed that it was the only answer to it was exactly what i did. The only Tk's i cause was when i killed him cause he would not stop glitching it away from me. So do what you want and if you need more from me just ask
