Hybrid tossing advice sought

I'm thinking of using the respec to go part-throwmo but I have very limited experience with throwing.  What do you veterans of supplemental tossing like to have for throw WPF?  I'm not looking for what a thrower main has for WPF but what a hybrid focusing on melee (2h) would have.  Also, if you could choose only one of the axes to toss, which would you take?  (Let me just note that I will have 4PT -if- I do this.  No more than that unless chadz decides to just give me 220m xp...yeah, not likely.)

WPF depends on the gear you use. The heavier the more wpf penalty.
With 4pt you can use heavy throwing axes. For wpf 60-100 I'd say.
