So, I conquered a village from the weakling named Teeth, and I sold it to a faction, I joined their faction to change ownership, but it failed a couple of times, then I refreshed the page, and now the change ownership is gone, also all the other options are gone (prosperity change and tax change etc etc)
After the changer ownership failed, I refreshed and everything was gone
