2nd gen character + gear all lost

Ever since that patch I haven't been able to play my character. I've never received any sort of explanation as to why he would be missing. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Could I get any feedback at all about this? Is there an admin looking into this at all? I'm feeling pretty screwed, a lot of time invested has been lost and I don't have a more direct way of communicating with anyone to get this problem corrected. Only thing I can think that may of caused issues is the fact that I had a character name change going through when the patch was implemented. Perhaps my character's information just got lost in all the hub bub. If that is indeed the case can this be rectified? Some sort of response from the mod crew would be greatly appreciated.

My character Page_Oxrock_ootl retired to become Squire_Oxrock_OotL. All my armor/weapons I had are missing. This problem arose when patch was released.

Well Vargas, I thank you for the effort you put in. Really upset that apparently I'm just bending over for this one. Certainly not going to put anymore time in when this happens and nothing gets resolved.
