This seems to be a possibitliy. However, since all out crpg.net accounts are still intact, perhaps the devs/admins can link up our new ID's and our old accounts?
Haha that is going to be a nightmare for devs...but if taleworlds can't fix the problem it's either that, or we all start over from scratch.

When taleworlds fixes the problem and re-associates our old IDs with our CD keys. Or else we'll all have to create new chars.
crpg should (in theory, can't test at work) work right now. But the problem is you're likely trying to use a character ("your" character) that is associated with another Unique ID (which you no longer have). So you can't use your old chars. If you create a new character (alt) I'm guessing you can play crpg again.
