Some good videos to help a new player to crpg/warband MP?

I have a friend I'm trying to get into cRPG, but he's new to MP warband in general.

I've seen some very good videos people have linked over the years, but I'm having troubles finding them.  Basically want to introduce him to the basics of combat (not so much the leveling or cRPG specific things). 

If you have any good beginner combat videos you've saved over the years, can you link me to them?

Tell him to waste incredible amounts of time in the training mode of native and just keep duelling the bots, when he has somewhat mastered the blocking directions tell him, in order to train his already renowned skill, to prepare his anus for siege rape, then tell him to bite the pillow and join the duelling server for some further prospecting of what is and isn't possible.

yeah I'll be in teamspeak with him this weekend to assist.  I wanted him to get some basic understandings of the principles (like feinting/chamber blocking/crushthrough/knockdown).  I did tell him to train extensively against the trainer in single player upping the difficulty until he's able to block pretty consistently.  And did tell him to prepare his booty for the first few weeks (I down played the difficulty a tiny bit).
