Looks smelly. However... we could make a movie of this. We just need to create some digital assets and write up the stories and then make a series of short stories to combine together... That would be bad ass.

With the new motion capture tech for gaming coming out and all the other wiz bang shit we are damn close.
People would have to do captures of their own faces though but there are some great things that can do that... We could blend game faces with real faces and do all sorts of fun stuff like have your avitar kill you.
