That's a screenshot of 1 hit. Not trying to be rude but do you have any actual proof?

  an unintentional TK is no reason for a ban.

Your screenshot only shows him killing you - once and in the middle of a fight.

There is no proof that he TK'd you on purpose - and thats why there will be no ban.
