Snyltan is a first gen character, not even level 30, so he's pretty new to cRPG.
At first glance I planned on just hopping in server and warn him, but when I checked the logs (and I missed it in your screenshot), he joined the server, spawned and immediately killed THE_ROCK.
And then he went after you. Maybe he was unaware that you don't take damage in the first 15 seconds and thought this was the best way to protect himself.
He tried killing two of you though, one who said nothing and did nothing to him, and that makes a difference.
I checked further down the logs and found that after he respawned in the next round, I found this:

He'd probably cooled off at this point as he didn't teamwound anyone, at least from the reports.
WFA_Dunedain_Sharpe and Bane_of_Fringe should also be responsible, especially if their actions were totally out of the blue.
I'll leave this unlocked for an hour if either or them want to tell their side of the story. After an hour though, I'll lock the thread with whatever seems appropriate.
