Ummm where did I insult WotV in my post? I was simply making fun of the OP for being a massive phaggot. Thinking Donkeycrew made WotV and on top of that starts insulting them, while he is the one being such a uninformed shithead.

Did the makers of CRPG have retarded children who decided to make this.

But i thought they are trying to make improved versions of crpg, not mentally retarded versions. It saddens me that we aren't getting upgrades but downgraded.

Its these types of idiotic insulting claims which are based on completely wrong info, that really make my blood boil.

Personally im even happy that WotR and WotV exsist. Shows that the medieval directionalcombat is getting some love. Althou these are shit games, I hope they keep making more, cause if someone gets it right even once, its a giant win.

I like how they handled archery in that game... played the Alpha and now early acess. Most I like how they handled kiting, everybody is about the same spees but what I liked was the tackle button, if you get close to somebody and he starts to run youcan trip them, genious! Also you have to zoom to shoot which gives you tunnel vision and requires you to be more aware and change position. I tried melee but the animations and hitboxes were simply awfull so I pewpewed.

I agree, it has its fun times. Warband is great, but it isn't the perfect shining example of what the genre should be. It has many mechanics that can be done better and while games like WotV may implement some mechanics in a decidedly worse fashion, they also have certain mechanics that are simply superior to Warband.
The people saying things like "Its shit" and overall generally disparaging anything and everything about it reminds me of high school kids calling any band that isn't their current obsession "shit music" and "a fucking waste of vinyl" as if by liking one band or genre, they can't possibly like even a single aspect of any others.

Why would he say that WotR devs tried to make an "improved versions of crpg", if he wasnt thinking about Battlegrounds? Did I miss something?
