Videos themselves aren't prohibited; you can post them if they are relevant, self-made deals. Posting a totally bitchin video of some sloth is worth the warning, though.

As to what I think is your question: because of past decisions by the developers I'd imagine. If you're asking why they decided to do that, who knows. Ask em!

I got pissed when I got my first warning but LtAnders explained it well: if you dont get muted on Diplomacy thread at least once, it means you are doing it wrong
