Polls are there to remove the players that are disturbing every one elses game-experience (Teamkillers, Leechers, ...).
If you're just raging on someone, you should keep that to your self.
A comment on your death is (even if its childish and not appropriate) not a reason to poll someone. Please remember that next time.
If you don't want to read his bullshit, just mute the person you're mad at.

2nd) to fifi:
Killing someone on the field of battle is pretty much the best thing you can do.
One of the worst things you can do though is posting offensive comments on that kill.
"lol you are bad" is not just inappropriate - it's rather lame.
And especially for new players a reason to overthink playing that game.
For me that indeed counts as an insult for it causes anger on the other side.
I want you to consider that before opening your trap next time.
This is a game. And even if a player is not that "skilled" in battle - it doesn't mean he is "bad".
Just enjoy your victory - in silence, not in boasting about.
Take that wall of text as a warning.
