Trade mistake

Accidenly offered my +3 Steel Pick for a +2 Longbow and someone accepted and clearly indicated he does not wish to return the item even after I sent him a link to the rules.

Does Meow still handle these, or someone else?

If you want to return this, you need to return two trades, he bought the Longbow +1 for 295k, loomed it +2 and accepted your trade.
