I feel like if NA had a max level 20 server with the extra XP it would be used frequently unlike the EU one.

Just sit through the one hour it takes to reach lvl 20 please. I think a better idea would be to revive community so that everyone can play it not just low levels.

He has a point :/ NA_1 is not as full as it could be or used to be. Making that type of server could just hurt NA_1 even more.

-EDIT: I love the idea, just right now might be a little impractical.

It'd be easy to do if you could just leech/afk through it, because sitting through that hour of leveling (between alt tabbing to youtube or some other game) is the equivalent to watching internet paint dry.
