What's the point and how is amount of reports ever relevant to you?
What if I meet more than 5 teamkillers in a week, should I just deal with it?
If someone's making too many unnesessary reports, there are admins to prevent it.

    That makes no sense, op.

    The great majority of ban requests have good foundations and facts, and go through. And the reason is obvious, someone had been a bad boy and no admin was around.

    Would make more sense if you asked to make like a penalty after a player creates more than 3 unreliable ban requests (or more), making him unable to request for a while.

a small number
like 5 max
