Nerfed Shield Heirlooms?

I noticed that shields gain a small amount of speed now, but they drastically reduced how much hp heirlooming shields gives.

The extra little bit of speed (that would be barely noticeable) compared to the hp lost is just far too much.

Wow. They really brutalized shields with this patch. Now my masterworked heavy round which was about as good as a huscarl is far worse than one. Thanks for ruining the little bit of shield diversity we had. We're again back to the point where a huscarl is a no-brainer.  :?

Yeah these changes to heirlooming really make the Huscarl the best pick once again overall.
