[00:38] <Earl_Lemon> for less then 1/10th of their health?
[00:38] <Earl_Lemon> 3 day ban.
[00:38] <Earl_Lemon> With very minor bans on record
[00:38] <Earl_Lemon> a five minute and a 1 hour ban, being my only other bans
