4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I was on NA 3 making some construction sites and practicing my stuff on one of my alts. Everything was fine, I had 2 weapon racks up, and I started to construct a siege tower. Tyefire was helping me, and AppleTreeBob was also on the server. Captain_Cook logs on, rushes to my racks, and destroys them both. I take screenshots which you can see below. I told him that I will post a thread and that admins will most likely warn him. I continue making the tower. Several minutes later, the tower is almost complete (78/85) and he rushes it and destroys it. I took screenshots and told him that will be included in the thread. He then said "I'll just play on my other account then" which also leads me to believe he is a multi-accounter.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. I'm not sure, he may have just been looking to grief...
