Gamma Ray and Edguy have some great tracks. I've seen Edguy live a few times already, and they always deliver a great show. The vocalist is a fucking power house, zipping about the stage like a hamster on cocaine.

My favourite German band is this one, though:

Their song "Beyond Daylight" from the album with the same name is a fucking masterpiece and one of my favourite songs of all time.
