Please admins help with this issue, everytime i enter in the game i got kicked and this message appear "This character belongs to someone else"

my char = batutinha_II

Are you trying to play on your character with a different cd key? they are tied to the key they are made on

nope its began since the patch...
I'm playing with steam account and my brother with his account but both have the same issue.

Do you both have the Steam version?
AFAIK only the Steam version changes the Key on game launch.
The message tells you that you don't have the same cdkey as when you created your char.
